Google is forcing all G-Suite Legacy account holders to migrate to Workspaces. Prepare for this by creating a free gmail account. Open an ‘Incognito widow’ by right clicking on the following gmail.com
Select Create Account (For myself) and follow the prompts.
When logged in to Gmail using your new account you can then Create a custom Gmail template. The custom template is used to let anyone who sends an email to your old email address that it has now changed to your new email address.
